For events in Central London (Zone 1), a modest concierge fee is applied to manage ULEZ, congestion logistics, and dedicated parking.

We call this an "Idle Hour." If you'd like the booth set up and ready well before your guests arrive — say, ahead of a wedding breakfast — our team will install everything quietly in advance and activate it at the time you choose, so there's no disruption once your event begins.
